MONROE REGIONAL AIRPORT PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Denmon Engineering has successfully accomplished a number of projects for the Monroe Regional Airport in Monroe, Louisiana. A sampling of the airport project experience is included below: Rehabilitation of South Ramp Denmon Engineering has provided technical assistance to the Monroe Regional Airport in the form of conceptual designs, cost estimates and other aspects necessary to formulate an overall program to rehabilitate the ramp area of which this project is a portion. DE has already completed plans and specifications for Phase I and is presently overseeing the construction of this phase. Reconstruct Taxiway "C" Denmon Engineering has provided technical assistance to the Monroe Regional Airport in the form of conceptual designs, cost estimates and other aspects necessary to formulate an overall program to reconstruct Taxiway C. Relocate ARFF Service Road Denmon Engineering has provided technical assistance to the Monroe Regional Airport in the form of conceptual designs, cost estimates and other aspects necessary to formulate an overall program to relocate the ARFF Service Road. Terminal and Site Expansion and Improvements Denmon Engineering has provided technical assistance including conceptual plans, cost estimates and funding assistance for the proposed terminal expansion and improvements. Complete Phases II, III & V of the Drainage Master Plan Denmon Engineering prepared the Master Drainage Plan and provided all engineering, surveying and construction management services to implement Phase I and parts of Phase II. As a result, we are completely familiar with the details and requirements of all phases of the master plan. Rehabilitation of the North Ramp Denmon Engineering provided the surveying and engineering necessary to produce plans and specifications for rehabilitation of the South Ramp. This project would be similar in nature. Update Airport Master Plan Denmon Engineering has been a team member on updates to past Master Plans and has provided technical assistance to the Monroe Regional Airport to update their Airport Layout Plan and to develop priorities to submit to the FAA and LaDOTD for funding. As a result, we are familiar with the needs and priorities of the airport. Upgrade Employee Parking & Add Additional Passenger Parking, Rental Car Return Parking & Rental Car Work Area Denmon Engineering prepared a master road and parking plan for the Monroe Regional Airport and provided all technical services to complete the current parking facilities. These projects are the completion of the DE Master Plan. Reconstruct a portion of the Commercial Airport Parking Ramp Denmon Engineering previously completed a portion of the commercial parking ramp and this project would be an extension of the previous.
