Mr. Patrick has over 15 years experience
in civil and environmental engineering and
design and construction management covering
a wide variety of projects including general
municipal, utility, transportation and public
works projects. Since joining Denmon Engineeirng,
Mr. Patrick has served as a Project Engineer
in charge of a wide range of civil engineering
projects including all aspects of water and
wastewater facilities.
Mr. Patrick is a registered Professional
Civil Engineer and a registered Professional
Environmental Engineer and is highly versed
in Computer Aided Design (CAD) in both AutoCAD
and "Softdesk" and in Haestad’s
Water Cad software, especially in the areas
pertaining to water and wastewater design.
Mr. Patrick routinely functions as a team
leader and project engineer handling significant
portions of large complex projects as well
as entire projects. He is highly experienced
in design of roadways and other transportation
projects including drainage studies and design.
Mr. Patrick has extensive experience in all
aspects of water projects, including design
and construction of production, storage,
treatment, and distribution facilities. Mr.
Patrick also has extensive experience in
all aspects of wastewater projects, including
design and construction of collection, transmission,
and treatment.
Mr. Patrick is especially experienced in
preparing and coordinating applications for
state and federal funding of water and wastewater
projects and in assisting clients in obtaining
the necessary environmental clearances and
permits required for construction including
coordination with EPA and the various state
regulatory agencies.
